Сдается полноценная однокомнатная квартира (не студия), в гостевом доме, - «Отдых и точка». Возможно на длительный срок.
Пансионат новый, все номера оборудованы новой техникой и мебелью.
Сдаваемый номер двухкомнатный, состоит из комнаты-кухни и ещё одной комнаты, в туалете большая угловая ванна, по периметру дома балкон, где вечером можно отдохнуть, а утром выпить чашечку кофе.
На территории детская площадка, батут, песочница, качели.
По необходимости предоставим детскую кроватку, стульчик для кормления, горшок.

В 15 минутах езды находится пляж беляус

Advantages:

Отдыхали в июле 2024 года, останавливается здесь уже второй раз. Хозяин Андрей Владимирович и его мини гостиница как всегда на высоте. Номера просто восторг. Свежий хороший ремонт, мебель, хороший сервис. В каждом номере есть мини кухня, можно самому что-то приготовить. Район спокойный, по ночам никто не шумит. Владельцы стремятся полностью удовлетворить всё потребности своих гостей. Море в посёлке просто сногсшибательное, наверное самое лучшее в России. Однозначно всём рекомендую останавливаться здесь, так как за такие деньги лучше сервиса не найти!!!
