Advantages:

Были в этом гостевом доме впервые. Место очень понравилось: все чисто, уютно, комфортно, приятно. Замечательная спокойная атмосфера, приятные приветливые хозяева. Есть кухня для готовки, столики и стулья для завтрака и вечерних посиделок, мангал. Парковка возле гостевого дома, места достаточно. Прямо напротив продуктовый магазин и магазин алкоголя, до пляжа неспешным шагом 15-20 минут по приятным тихим улочкам - расположение отличное. Будем в Черноморском - скорее всего, выберем этот же гостевой лом снова. Подходит для тихого семейного отдыха, размещения с детьми. Без шумных вечеринок, пьянок и гулянок. Место рекомендую однозначно!
